Besides the FSBus solution as base interface, I would like to use a microcontroller that I already had for additional functions. I still have not defined which functions shall be controlled with this controller, but think about the auto throttle leveler and stuff. A own written C++ program that reads/writes data via FSUIPC processes data from and for the microcontroller. The two together also shapes an interface between Flight Simulator and the simulator cockpit. I use a microcontroller that I already had, and satisfact all that is necessary to build the simulator cockpit. It concerns: BL1800 JackRabbit 29,5 MHz from the company Z-World (www.zworld.com). Just look at the specs on their site for this low-cost board with many features.
